Please make sure you choose your items carefully and enter the correct shipping details because it can be difficult for us to update these after the order has been placed. The time from when the order is confirmed to when it is dispatched is often too fast for us to add or change any items in an order, including changing sizes.
1. Change of address
We will do our very best to help if there is an error with an address however, it's impossible to do this once the order has been packed and collected by the carrier. In this case we recommend trying to redirect the parcel through the Australia Post app.
Alternatively, if this is not possible your order will be returned to sender, and once received we'll be able to ship to the correct address.
2. Change of size
Unfortunately, we're unable to update the size selection made on an order.
- If your order has not been packed, we can cancel the order for you to place a new order for the correct size
- If the order has been packed, once the order has been received you can process an exchange for the correct size via the Returns Portal.
