Please make sure you choose your items carefully and enter the correct shipping details because it can be difficult for us to update these after the order has been placed.
1. Change of address
We will do our very best to help if there is an error with an address; however, it's not possible to do this once the order has been packed and collected by the carrier. In this case, we recommend trying to redirect the parcel through the Australia Post app.
Alternatively, if this is not possible, your order may be returned to the sender, and once received, we'll be able to ship to the correct address.
2. Change of size
Unfortunately, we're unable to update the size selection made on an order.
- If your order has not been packed, we can cancel the order for you to place a new order for the correct size
- If the order has been packed, once the order has been received, you can process an exchange for the correct size via the Returns Portal.
