We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a fault with your CAMILLA AND MARC garment.
We have a few simple steps to follow depending on where your order was purchased. All faulty items will need to be returned to the original place of purchase for assessment.
ONLINE
For online orders, please initiate a return via our Returns Portal. If your order falls outside the 14-day return policy, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@camillaandmarc.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- An image that clearly outlines the fault
BOUTIQUE PURCHASE
For any item purchased from one of our CAMILLA AND MARC boutiques, please contact the boutique directly. The in-store staff will have a record of your purchase and upon assessment of the faulty item will be happy to advise on the best solution.
STOCKIST RETURN
For purchases made at one of our stockists, for example, THE ICONIC, David Jones, or Selfridges please contact the specific retailer where you purchased the item directly. Our stockists operate as separate businesses and own the CAMILLA AND MARC stock that they sell. Unfortunately, CAMILLA AND MARC do not have access to sales records made at a stockist nor do we have legal rights to authorise returns for purchases made at a stockist.
Please be assured that once you reach out to the stockist directly and if your item is assessed and deemed faulty our Wholesale team will work closely with the stockist to rectify this matter on your behalf.
