You will receive a return confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. If you are concerned about a delay with your return, we recommend:
- Finding the tracking number for your return and check if it is still in transit
- Checking your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email
- Logging into your account to check the order status
Processing Times
Once your return has arrived at our depot, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a notification. Please note it can take up to 5 business days for the refund to clear into your account, depending on your provider.
Exchanges
All exchanges (pending stock availability) will be processed within 1-3 business days and your new Express Post tracking number will be updated in your account. In the event that we do not have your request, your return will be automatically refunded.
Peak Time
Please add an extra 1-3 days for processing in peak times such as sales, busy holiday periods and public holidays.
